TRAVEL SPECIAL ....THEME: FUN

THEME: FUN

Theme parks teamed with experiential rides and water attractions spell fun for both kids and adults alike. Here’s where you can head to...

WATER BABIES
At SeaWorld, marine life adventure awaits. From sea-themed rides, to shows and animal exhibits include polar bears, killer and beluga whales, manatees, sea lions, penguins, dolphins…it promises a well rounded adventure. You can choose from parks in San Diego, Orlando, San Antonio and Abu Dhabi. Apart from the signature features, the park showcases shows and creatures of the region it is based in too. If you are visiting Orlando, experience the latest addition, Infinity Falls, a water ride which mimics the river in a jungle set-up, unveiled this year.

ADVENTURE, THE KEY INGREDIENT TO FUN:
The Enchanted Adventure Garden is a place where you can lose yourself in the colours of seasonal gardens or marvel at the structures of hedge topiary. Get tangled in a maze, navigate through aerial courses; challenge yourself to tree top climbs or set up a picnic next to the Tube Slides …with so much to do, your kids may just not want to come back.

TOONS AND MORE:
If you ask a child about his/her idea of an ideal vacation, it would be at Disney Land. The theme park has parks in Paris, Shanghai, Tokyo, Hong Kong and California. Disney is perfect for children of all ages. In fact, the many fairy tales articulated through the set-ups, amusement rides and parades brings out the child in many adults too.

FOR THE LOVERS OF THE SEA:
With five major amusements to lure visitors, Hong Kong is the perfect place to be with family. A virtual reality roller coaster at the Ocean Park is the latest offering of the park that you can try out this summer. Take your pick from animal exhibits, thrill rides, a play land for young kids and a wide range of shows to make ever lasting memories as you enjoy some fun and frolic.

CAST A SPELL :
If you're a Harry Potter fan, visit the studio where the Harry Potter magic was brought to life, and see the sets, props, and costumes used in a decade of film making. Nestled on outskirts of London, Potter nerds can experience the filming sites of the series with a guided tour, during which you can observe locations such as the Leaky Cauldron, enjoy a dose of film set gossip and pop culture facts. You also have a change to make a photo stop at the iconic Platform 9 ¾.
