LEADERSHIP SPECIAL..EXEMPLARY..MANTRA

“We all co-exist in a skill-based society”

An exemplary leader is one who leads by example and is aware of the business from a grassroot level. The more you know about your business, the more respect you can command.
In India today, with the population becoming younger and competition stronger, the need to present oneself in the best possible manner as well have the soft skills required to excel, are crucial. We, rather than concentrating on imparting these skills to the end user, create image consultants and soft skills trainers who in turn will transform hundreds of lives, thereby making the total number of people skilled in millions. More than anything else today, India needs skilled people as it slowly moves from an academic society to a skill-based one. This is also one of the vital priorties of the government for the next few decades.
With increasing competition and companies becoming leaner and more horizontal, team work is far more important than the hierarchical pattern of working. A leader today has to inspire interpersonal relations and should display empathy towards employees. It is also important to empower people through better training and long-term retention plans.

A FEW MANTRAS:
NEVER WORRY ABOUT WHO GETS THE CREDIT; SET AN EXAMPLE; EMPOWER PEOPLE AND GIVE THEM THE AUTHORITY ALONG WITH RESPONSIBILITY.
