LEADERSHIP SPECIAL..EXEMPLARY...a judicious mix of flexibility and rigidity

“Exemplars have in them a judicious mix of flexibility and rigidity”

An exemplary leader is who understands the very pulse of his/her industry, simply a leader par excellence workforce and directs all his/her efforts towards the successful and efficient execution of the organisational goals. Their presence, as exemplary leaders is captivating, magnetic and amiable. They’re the ones, as many may agree, who make the seemingly impossible possible and the unlikely likely. In our organisation, our exemplary leaders, for example, are the leadership idols who are well-endowed with leadership abilities to lead from the front, be the ‘alpha leader’ if we may say so and fearlessly maneuver their success plan with transparency, an open mind and their staunch business acumen. They have in them a judicious mix of flexibility and rigidity. Like every organisation, our employees too flourish and blossom, owing to the proficient guidance of our company’s leaders who make a stellar difference in giving our firm a widely recognisable and an appreciated silhouette.

Our exemplary leaders believe that it is all about making the simple principles of leadership their foundation and thereon, taking it to the next level. Even for those who aspire to be a part of our organisation, our exemplary leaders have designed a work environment that facilitates a two-way open communication between the leaders and their personnel, a translucent decision-making sans the concept of the notorious corporate ‘glass door’, and just like a sailor anchors the ship, our leaders play the role of a godfather who inspires and guides the workforce by establishing firm principles, thus setting work standards and thereon, closely monitoring their implementation and execution.

Our exemplary leaders of success clearly believe in the mantra that good leadership skills are those that can keep people engaged and make them feel at home. They make the workforce feel that they are at the very heart of things, not at the sidelines. It is this very leadership mantra and guideline that makes the employees feel like they are an imperative cog in our organisation and therefore this unites the workforce to share a common vision and directs them towards one allimportant business goal, thus giving us an edge over our competitors.
Our leaders believe in creating opportunities and this is what has always put us at par. They are never afraid to take calculative risks/experiment, which in today’s unpredictable corporate environment is a must.
Our leaders bulldoze their efforts towards creating a wholesome work culture and when they hire, they look to take on board people who can gel and adapt to this culture effectively.
While it may be tough for us to handpick one such instance that showcased exemplary works of leadership by our leaders owing to the countless number of times that they have come forward as heroes, sat in the pilot’s seat and guided us on the right path, we can say that on myriad occasions, our leaders have displayed greatness by taking the step; making the right and not popular choice; by not wavering in their beliefs for the sake of a general opinion; challenging themselves by taking spontaneous decisions and above all; rewarding performers who have done good for our organisation. This very important facet of our exemplary leaders is the key that keeps us spirited, motivated and content as employees. And so, even when we look to hire, we seek to take on job seekers who are capable of the same greatness and can stand tall and make a difference in the prospects of the firm.
